Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Megapari. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Orakum N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, operating the Megapari online sportsbook & casino. Website ownership and certain non-gaming functions may be held or administered by Marikit Holdings Ltd, Cyprus, while payment processing services for specific regions may be provided by Zavbin Ltd, Cyprus, reg. no. HE 40081.

Megapari operates under the authorization of Curaçao eGaming / Antillephone N.V. (Master License 8048/JAZ), via sub-licensing arrangements applicable to the Operator. This licensing statement is provided on a good-faith, provisional basis and must be verified against Megapari’s official legal pages prior to publication. 

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, KYC/AML Policy, and Bonus Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Minimum age: 18+ (or higher where local law requires).
1.2 You are responsible for ensuring access/use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
1.3 Players from prohibited jurisdictions may not register or use services.
1.4 Employees/contractors of Orakum N.V., its affiliates, and suppliers (and household members) may face usage restrictions.

2. Account Registration

2.1 One (1) account per person, household, device, or IP (reasonable exceptions require prior written approval).
2.2 Provide accurate personal data; keep it updated.
2.3 Keep credentials confidential; enable 2FA where available.
2.4 We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion for legal, security, or compliance reasons.

3. KYC/AML Verification

3.1 We may verify identity at any time, including before withdrawals.
3.2 Possible documents: government ID, proof of address (≤3 months), proof of payment method ownership, source-of-funds as required.
3.3 Non-completion may result in suspension and reporting to authorities.
3.4 Third-party verification tools may be used.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits: limits and eligible methods are shown in the cashier. Only use methods in your name.
4.2 Bonuses: if you opt-in at deposit, the Bonus Terms (wagering, contribution, expiry, caps) apply.
4.3 Withdrawals: generally returned to the same method (“closed loop”) after KYC approval. Timelines depend on method, security checks, and compliance review.
4.4 Fees/FX: reasonable processing fees may apply; currency conversions occur at prevailing rates plus processor/bank fees.
4.5 Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback may lead to suspension and recovery of costs.
4.6 Dormant accounts: after 12 months of inactivity, the account may be deemed dormant; where lawful, an admin fee can apply after notice.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All products are governed by sport/game-specific rules visible on their pages. Those rules prevail over general Terms in case of conflict.
5.2 Sportsbook settlement: by official results from governing bodies; unless stated, regular time applies. Markets may suspend on key events; palpable errors may be voided or corrected.
5.3 Casino (RNG/Live): provided by licensed studios; interrupted rounds are handled per studio rules; RTP is theoretical.

5.4 Cash-Out: offered at our discretion; only valid once confirmed in the betslip.
5.5 Palpable error policy: obvious mispricing or data errors may lead to void/adjusted settlement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the site where gambling is illegal or access is restricted;
  • Multiple/duplicate accounts; acting in concert to exploit bonuses/odds;
  • Masking location/identity where prohibited (VPN/proxy, falsified KYC);
  • Chargeback abuse, collusion, match-fixing, bot/script usage;
  • Money laundering and other unlawful activity.
    We may close accounts, void bets, forfeit bonuses/winnings, and notify authorities.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Opt-in signifies agreement to Bonus Terms (wagering, contributions, min odds, expiry, per-user limits).
7.2 We may withhold/remove bonuses in cases of suspected abuse (low-risk hedging, multi-accounting, bonus stacking).
7.3 Marketing comms (email/SMS/push) are optional; manage preferences in your profile.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Tools: deposit/loss limits, session reminders, cool-off, self-exclusion.
8.2 Stricter limits apply immediately; relaxations can require a cooling-off period.
8.3 During self-exclusion, login/marketing is disabled; pending withdrawals proceed subject to checks.

9. Privacy & Cookies

9.1 Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9.2 We use cookies and similar tech; manage preferences in your browser or cookie panel.

10. Intellectual Property

All Megapari content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials are the property of the Operator or its licensors. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.

11. Disruptions, Maintenance & Force Majeure

11.1 Services may be interrupted due to maintenance or third-party outages; we are not liable for losses caused by internet/hardware/software failures.
11.2 In force majeure events (disaster, war, regulatory action, network outage), obligations may be suspended during the event.

12. Liability & Indemnity

12.1 Services are provided “as is / as available” without warranties beyond those required by law.
12.2 We are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages or loss of profits/data/goodwill.
12.3 You agree to indemnify the Operator and affiliates for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

13.2 We acknowledge and aim to resolve within a reasonable timeframe; you may request escalation to a supervisor.
13.3 For Curaçao-licensed operations, dispute escalation routes are aligned with Antillephone N.V. guidelines. Please consult the current licensing seal/dispute instructions displayed on site (provisional note; verify URLs before publishing).

14. Termination

We may suspend/close accounts for breach, incomplete verification, fraud/AML concerns, or legal requirements. You may request closure via Support; residual balances are handled per law and policy.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update Terms for legal, product, or security reasons. Material updates are notified on-site and/or by email. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao; courts of Curaçao have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

17. Language

If available in multiple languages, the English version prevails unless law requires otherwise.
